Kaffee und Kakao sind zum Beispiel durch fehlende Best\u00e4ubung und zunehmenden Krankheitsdruck mittlerweile ernsthaft gef\u00e4hrdet. Hier helfen nur biodiversit\u00e4tsfreundliche Anbaumethoden wie Agroforstanbau oder Agrar\u00f6kologie, auf die Fairtrade setzt. Beide sind am besten durch kleinb\u00e4uerIichen Anbau zu leisten.
